Acheron KWS Rail System SG 550 Description Our KWS Rail System for the SG 55x rifle family provides a stable platform for mounting accessories. In contrast to commercially available handguns, the Acheron KWS Rail System is connected to the rifle without play. This enables the attachment of night vision attachments and laser sights without movements of the handguard leading to point of impact shifts. The weapon can thus be adapted to modern requirements and its combat value significantly increased.
The dimensions of the overhead mounting rail comply with the NATO standard STANAG 4694 and thus automatically with the American standard MIL-STD-1913.
The M-LOK ensures the installation of additional accessories such as weapon lamps or foregrips. The increased air circulation improves heat dissipation and thus keeps the barrel temperature lower.
Manufactured from high-strength aluminium and hard anodised, the handguards are ideally suited for even the toughest applications.

Suitable for assault rifles 90, PE90 and SG 550 with rear sight. The height of the top-mounted NAR rail is flush with the following retrofittable mounting rail:
